Scope and contact information

This notice describes Luminesca News. You can read the content without creating an account. If you email us, the message and the contact details you provide reach the site operator and the email service used for correspondence. Please do not send passwords, payment details or sensitive documents with a correction request.

Analytics, hosting and identifiers

Google Analytics is optional. Our site does not load its analytics service until you choose Allow analytics. When enabled, requests can include page and device information, cookies and other identifiers. Aggregate reports do not make the underlying collection anonymous.

Cloudflare delivers and protects the sites and may process IP addresses, user-agent information and requested addresses for hosting and security. The network's automatic Cloudflare Web Analytics injection has been disabled. Hosting and security processing remains separate from optional analytics.

Advertising and external services

Advertising loaders are currently paused across the Luminesca network. The main homepage retains a Google publisher verification meta tag; that tag does not load an advertising service. Before advertising resumes, account approval, advertising configuration and the applicable regional visitor-consent flow must be verified.

If advertising is later enabled, Google and its partners may process identifiers, IP addresses, device and page information for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. Analytics choices below are not Google's certified advertising consent platform. Advertising consent must be handled separately where required.

Following a source link or loading an embedded video or external library connects to that provider. YouTube embeds and public JavaScript CDNs can receive network request information. Their own privacy practices apply.

Tool inputs and saved preferences

This is a reading and reference site; page analytics and hosting requests still occur without an account. The separate Tools site has its own processing exceptions, including online speech generation. See the Tools privacy notice before entering information there.

Your choices and data requests

Decline analytics keeps optional Google Analytics disabled. Reopen Analytics choices in the footer to change or withdraw your choice. Where browser storage is available, the choice is stored on this site for up to 180 days. Subdomains keep separate choices; this is not a shared permission across the network.

Withdrawing permission stops further collection by our analytics tag and removes its accessible analytics cookies. It does not erase data already processed by Google. We keep optional analytics disabled when the browser reports Global Privacy Control or enabled Do Not Track, including when an older saved choice allowed analytics. Invalid, expired or future-dated choices do not enable collection.

Choices synchronize between open tabs of the same site where browser storage is available. You can also clear site storage, use Google's Analytics opt-out add-on, and review advertising preferences at Google My Ad Center. Disabling ad personalization is not the same as disabling all data processing.

For an access, correction or deletion request about information you supplied, contact the operator with the relevant page and request details. We will check what we hold and identify requests that concern a separate provider. Do not send sensitive tool inputs.

Children and general-audience content

The network is intended for a general audience and does not ask children to create accounts or submit personal information. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us, contact the operator so the message can be reviewed.

Updates to this notice

Last reviewed: October 11, 2026. This revision aligns the notice with paused advertising, optional analytics choices and disabled automatic hosting analytics. Changes to data processing should be reflected in this notice before the changed service is used.
